• Productivity alone is a poor measurement of a person’s worth. While focus and hard work are necessary and satisfying, those goals must be kept in balance with other basic human needs. And besides, people are more stable and productive if their stress is well-managed with rest, connection, and self-care!

• We believe everyone should go outside regularly and do things that don’t involve looking at computer screens: Take deep breaths. Nurture your relationships. Move your body. Connect with the natural world. Create things just for the pleasure of creating. We encourage our clients and employees to prioritize self-care so they never lose sight of their “why.”
